This application helps customers automatically retrieve OTP codes from Gmail based on customer-configured rules.
Access scope
Gmail read-only access is used only after the mailbox owner authorizes the connection with Google OAuth.
Data minimization
The app does not store full email bodies. It handles only the minimum data required for OTP processing.
Customer-controlled destination
OTP records are sent only to the Lark workspace, Lark Base, or endpoint configured by the customer.
The app uses Gmail read-only access to detect OTP emails that match configured sender, subject, keyword, and timing rules. It is used by customers who need to receive marketplace login OTPs and operational verification codes in a controlled workflow.
Only the minimum data required for OTP processing is handled, such as OTP code, sender email, recipient email, subject, timestamp, message ID, matched rule ID, and processing status. OAuth tokens are encrypted in the database. Administrators can disconnect Gmail and delete stored OAuth tokens.
The app does not sell or share Google user data for advertising, profiling, credit evaluation, or AI model training. Data is sent only to the Lark workspace, Lark Base, webhook, or endpoint configured by the customer for their own operational use.
